Put on your visioning goggles- this is going to be fun!! A 2 session experience beginning with a 1- 1.25 hour session focusing on looking at your life as a whole and all its amazing dimensions. This is FAB if you are not clear on what exactly your desires are but KNOW you are ready for change! This is a gentle guided process where you will assess where things are now and where you desire them to be. We will touch on roadblocks, resources and possibilities for that transformation. From this session I will create and record a unique, special presentation specifically for you. I carefully review all of my written notes taken during our call and craft a document designed specifically to make your vision come alive and inspire you. The writing, editing and recording takes about 1.5 hours. In the second session (35-45 minutes, I will present this to you in a special way and we will review it together afterwards. I will give you the document in word format and in email for you to post and use anyway you like. You will also receive an MP3 recording I create. Listening to it will greatly enhance your ability to bring your vision into REALITY! Get CLARITY to rock your life to the next level.

BIG CHANGES 900.00
A six session package of 45 minute to 1 hour sessions designed to really go deep and spend some time working on what you want to TRANSFORM in your life. It’s great to pair this with the CLARITY package initially (but not necessary) – as you can get a SNAPSHOT vision of where you want to go. This package is recommended when you are ready for some big changes to happen. It may be because of a job you dread going to each week, a relationship that is falling short of the mark, a desire for better health, or a giant transition- such as empty nest, a divorce, going back to work or just about anything that has pushed you into the often fiery process of transformation. This kind of work needs time for processing. This process is designed to bring insight, understanding and give you the tools you need to bring yourself to the place you want to be. With the support of a coach you will make this transformation more rapidly as you feel safe, supported and STRENGHTHENED.
