From Sarah - I have shared here before that my 6 month Sabbatical from Medicine was life changing. In the end , I decided to begin Coaching and Speaking Full time. I created a video combining some photos I had taken on the North shore of Minnnesota on a particularly magic weekend with my love of Shamanism and Quantum physics. Pretty funny combination but its powerful stuff. I believe tuning into Nature, even for a 30 minutes a day could change your life. That s is kind of what happened to me:) Hope you enjoy and are inspired to see if you too might discover yourself out there in the wildness of Nature. Well, I have found this practice of noticing what animals are showing up in my life and studying their energies and lessons to be POWERFUL stuff. It may sound wacky and woo-woo and it kind of is. AND, it has this uncanny ability to help you get out of your head (left brain) and into your intuitive self (right brain)- so that you can be more joyful, and begin to experience life in an easier and more powerful way. Your right brain and your intuition and subconscious know how to get things done in a holistic, more creative way.
